STEPPING OUT
This little known film stars Liza Minelli as a former Broadway chorus member who now works as a tap dance teacher. On a dare, she and her troupe of middle-aged hoofers agree to participate in a local benefit concert. Along the way, each dancer grows and comes alive, and in the end, brings down the house.
Now, what does this have to do with changing your stars? Plenty. First, sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone, and just go for it, in spite of those who may try to tell you differently. And second, going for it is hard. It takes effort and commitment to try something new. And finally, sometimes the desire and the commitment come together to create something special.
