• Decide what you want to achieve
• Identify what strengths you already have
• Identify what you need to improve and develop with time

Funding Options
• Employer-funded – Talk with your Boss and see what your current company might offer
• Self-funded – Review your individual budget and see what makes sense
• Free – Mentors, local libraries
• Barter – Talk with friends and connections and see how you can mutually help each other
